Website Design Services LLC (“we”, “us”) operates websitedesignservicesllc.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
The only place we ask you for personal information is our free website application form. When you complete it, we collect:
- Your name and email address
- Your business name, business type, and the city or area you serve
- How many people work at your business
- Whether you currently have a website, and its address if you do
- What you want a website to do for your business
- Your answer to what you find most challenging about running your business
We do not ask for payment details at any stage of the application, and we do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account information, or government ID numbers.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to review your application and decide whether we are a good fit to build your website, and to contact you about it. We review every application individually and reach out to applicants we can genuinely help.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list automatically as a result of applying.
Where it goes
Applications are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, and a copy is emailed to us so we see it promptly. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf as a service provider; their privacy notice is available on the HubSpot website.
Our website is hosted in the United States. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored there.
Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses HubSpot’s tracking and live chat tools. These set cookies in your browser that recognise returning visitors and let the chat widget hold a conversation across pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the application form will still work.
We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as we may reasonably need them for the relationship, and we delete them on request. If we decline an application, you are welcome to ask us to delete it straight away.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it entirely. Email adrian@websitedesignservicesllc.com and we will action it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act; we will honour those requests regardless of where you live.
Children
This website and our services are intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
